This is mainly due to the lack of internet available at places we&#8217;ve been staying, so I&#8217;m going to update you today. When I got to Leeds I was actually still wide awake. So after doing a few things online I headed off towards Scotland and pulled over to sleep in the car when fatigue struck.<br \/>\n<figure style=\"width: 400px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/i56.photobucket.com\/albums\/g179\/mr_darlington\/Road%20Trip\/Photo0892copy.jpg\" title=\"0892\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">Where I had breakfast.<\/figcaption><\/figure><br \/>\nThe drive up north was pretty long, but I had some time to spare so I made sure to stop a few times.<br \/>\n<figure style=\"width: 400px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/i56.photobucket.com\/albums\/g179\/mr_darlington\/Road%20Trip\/Photo0894copy.jpg\" title=\"0894\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">Sebastian admires the cows of County Durham<\/figcaption><\/figure><br \/>\n<figure style=\"width: 400px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/i56.photobucket.com\/albums\/g179\/mr_darlington\/Road%20Trip\/Photo0895copy.jpg\" title=\"0895\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">Sebastian meets some Scottish sheep<\/figcaption><\/figure><br \/>\nI popped into <a href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/bOUrzA\">Drumlanrig Castle<\/a> which was on my route to Glasgow Airport, but I didn&#8217;t go in though (I didn&#8217;t have <em><strong>that much<\/strong><\/em> time) but took a picture from outside.<br \/>\n<figure style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/i56.photobucket.com\/albums\/g179\/mr_darlington\/Road%20Trip\/Photo0896copy.jpg\" title=\"0896\" width=\"300\" height=\"400\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">King of the Castle<\/figcaption><\/figure><br \/>\n<figure style=\"width: 400px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/i56.photobucket.com\/albums\/g179\/mr_darlington\/Road%20Trip\/Photo0897copy.jpg\" title=\"0897\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">The Bridge to Drumlanrig Castle<\/figcaption><\/figure><br \/>\nI arrived at Glasgow Airport (not to be confused with an apparent heliport that my shat-nav wanted to visit at first), with plenty of time to meet my friend. I had a few coins in my pocket so had a play on the fruit machines, making a profit on each one.<br \/>\n<figure style=\"width: 400px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/i56.photobucket.com\/albums\/g179\/mr_darlington\/Road%20Trip\/Photo0898copy.jpg\" title=\"0898\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">Glasgow Airport<\/figcaption><\/figure><br \/>\nFrom here we carried on towards Dundee, where we were staying at the West Park hotel. Venturing into the town center, we had dinner in Wetherspoons. It was here I tried <a href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/aTnRIu\">haggis<\/a> for the first time. For a food made of sheep bits cooked in other sheep bits, it was actually quite nice, although a tad spicy for me.<br \/>\n<figure style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/i56.photobucket.com\/albums\/g179\/mr_darlington\/Road%20Trip\/Photo0899copy.jpg\" title=\"0899\" width=\"300\" height=\"400\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">We got to meet Desperate Dan in Dundee<\/figcaption><\/figure><br \/>\nThere was a wedding ceremony going on at the hotel, so for most of the night it was very noisy. The shower too I could only describe as &#8216;meh&#8217;.
