What is your favourite space on a Monopoly board?
That’s … an interesting question. I’m going to presume that you’re on about normal monopoly in which case (like in real life) I’m a huge fan of free parking!
Are you really a member of the World Rock Paper Scissors Society?
Yes, sure am. In 2005 I manages to get a place on the Official UK RPS Team (thanks to Channel 4s Richard & Judy) and we went to Canada for the World Championships. Though I wasn’t very successful (knocked out in round 2), I loved every moment of it and learned that the game is more than just a game of luck. You can see their website here. I’ve also set up a club at Leeds University, LURPS.
Is it true you lived in a porta-loo once?
Haha! Yeah that’s true. Those of you who have rubbish cars will sympathise with me on this one. In December 2004 I entered a radio competition to try and win a car. To do this I had to live in one of five porta-loos (there were 5 contestants in total) for up to a week and with a Big Brother style eviction the last one won the car. I came 2nd.
